“I hate the no return policy”

“Cannot believe that the gown is not returnable. Every gown I have ordered has been returnable. When ordering for a special occasion and unable to try it on until it arrives it’s unfathomable to me you don’t accept returns or credits. I am a member of a “Mothers of the Groom” group and I will not be recommending your company to them.”

“The quality of the dress was just "ok." It was a bit more than I would have liked to have spent, but because of the brand, I decided to buy it. I made a huge mistake - the alterations would cost more than the actual dress. It is way too long, and to get it hemmed would cost an arm and a leg. My daughter had to buy another dress, and now I am stuck with this one.”

“Difficulty finding right size that fits and no returns”

“The no return or exchange policy is ridiculous for an online formal wear company where the dresses cannot be tried on. I’ve ordered many formals from online sites and this is the first I could not at least exchange for a different size, so I had to purchase a second dress and am stuck with one that is too small. I would even pay to send the smaller one back.”

“I ordered three prom dresses for my daughter in January. They were all beautiful and the dress she chose is stunning on her! However, I was extremely disappointed that I could not return the other two dresses and I am stuck with over $900 worth of dresses that no one wants to wear.”

“I am returning this dress for full credit. The dress is pretty and I like it. BUT it is soo long which again is not your problem...BUT it is poorly made as the sequins are falling off everywhere. Made a huge mess just taking the dress out of the bag. Never saw anything like this before when buying a sequin dress Janet Levy order #476471”
