“The dress is ok, the shipping was really bad the dress came in a small small box and the dress was all wrinkle and stuck on the box which was forcefully taped to close”

“I was frustrated that there appeared to be coupon or discount codes available but none worked when I went to check out. This was the first time I've used New York Dress and I'm very hopeful the product will be good quality for the price, as I've committed $300 with NO return available. Praying it's perfect. “Cannot believe that the gown is not returnable. Every gown I have ordered has been returnable. When ordering for a special occasion and unable to try it on until it arrives it’s unfathomable to me you don’t accept returns or credits. I am a member of a “Mothers of the Groom” group and I will not be recommending your company to them.”

“The quality of the dress was just "ok." It was a bit more than I would have liked to have spent, but because of the brand, I decided to buy it. I made a huge mistake - the alterations would cost more than the actual dress. It is way too long, and to get it hemmed would cost an arm and a leg. My daughter had to buy another dress, and now I am stuck with this one.”
