“The package was ripped with a huge whole in it when it arrived and the hanger broken. I tried to not leave a review and just contact you but the app wouldn’t let me.”

“Love the dress, but I probably won’t be purchasing from NewYorkDress again. Having a return/exchange policy is important. Especially when dresses are expensive and even with the size chart it might not fit.”

“On Oct 5, I ordered a dress from NewYorkDress. One week later (Oct 11), got an email from NewYorkDress saying the shipment was on the way. It also contained a DHL tracking number. 3 days later (Oct 14), the tracking status hadn't changed. So I contacted DHL and was told the seller hadn't shipped the item yet. I also emailed NewYorkDress and didn't get a response. 5 days later (Oct 19), I asked chat support about the dress. They said it was "only available as pre-order for an estimated ship date of mid-November." When I ordered the dress on Oct 5, it said on their website that the dress was available. And the order confirmation email stated that it was "estimated to ship out within 5-7 business days." So I was expecting to receive the item by the third week of October. So I canceled my order with NewYorkDress. The cancellation and refund were quick. I then ordered the dress from a store in CA, which delivered the item within 4 business days (to Europe).”

“Although the product was perfectly delivered, the delay that occurs during shipping it to Saudi Arabia is not justifiable. I knew the NYDress will say it's the Fedex responsibility but this is totally unacceptable. We pay extra money to secure 3-5 days delivery. It is, indeed, your absolute responsibility to deal with couriers that both of you should respect the client. The delivery took almost 17-18 days. We've been ordering from many online clothing providers with zero problems. The other shocking news was that we've paid ~$130 to Fedex upon delivery. I don't know if this cost was included during the NYDress checkout process. Your products are brilliants but as a satisfaction to the overall process, no, my apologies but I'm not totally satisfied. I hope this message will be taken into consideration. Thank you”

“Use to be good when we exchange or return dresses. Horrible now that we cannot. This limits the amount of dresses we buy. We are stock with dresses that do mit fit and needs to be returned.”
