“Although the product was perfectly delivered, the delay that occurs during shipping it to Saudi Arabia is not justifiable. I knew the NYDress will say it's the Fedex responsibility but this is totally unacceptable. We pay extra money to secure 3-5 days delivery. It is, indeed, your absolute responsibility to deal with couriers that both of you should respect the client. The delivery took almost 17-18 days. We've been ordering from many online clothing providers with zero problems. The other shocking news was that we've paid ~$130 to Fedex upon delivery. I don't know if this cost was included during the NYDress checkout process. Your products are brilliants but as a satisfaction to the overall process, no, my apologies but I'm not totally satisfied. I hope this message will be taken into consideration. Thank you”

“Use to be good when we exchange or return dresses. Horrible now that we cannot. This limits the amount of dresses we buy. We are stock with dresses that do mit fit and needs to be returned.”

“Although the dress was beautiful, I had to return it due to poor stitching. I was grateful that NYD authorized a full refund and sent me a prepaid shipping tag to return my pour quality dress. I wish NYD would allow a 3 or 5 day return for an exchange or full credit to be used at a later date. NYD has a wonderful, large selection of dresses but I'm gun shy to purchase from NYD due to their strict no refund/all sales are final. I would definitely purchase from them more often if this policy was changed.”

“Dress is nice and well stitched. Very pretty color it’s just about 6-7 inches too small on the back to zip up. I normally where a 6 so I ordered up to an 8. I’m so upset no returns or exchanges….”

“I accidentally ordered wrong size somehow . Yes my fault. Ordered a 10 instead of a 14 for my mother in law. I've contacted them numerous of times and have received no response. Yes it says no returns no exchanges but next time I pay 900.00 on two dresses I will shop Jj house or Hebeos. They exchange within 14 days. I've got a new 450.00 gown hanging in closet that has no use.”

“I ordered a Tariq Ediz dress and I purchased the size bases on the size chart. It is non refundable, which made me nervous but I thought this is a reputable designer and retailer. The dress was about 20 days after I was originally expecting it. It was quite expensive, purchased for my sons wedding. I am VERY disappointed in the overall quality. The top shows that the pleats from the skirt fan out over the two sides of the bust the pleats exist but don’t actually have any shape to them, the under lay is too big and creases horizontally across the entire bust. The overlay fabric in the skirt is a gaping hole in the back so the shorts/ zipper complete shows. And why would there be a way to get out of the shorts without having to remove the entire dress? I can’t afford to scrap the dress, and even if I could there is not time. At”
