“I accidentally ordered wrong size somehow . Yes my fault. Ordered a 10 instead of a 14 for my mother in law. I've contacted them numerous of times and have received no response. Yes it says no returns no exchanges but next time I pay 900.00 on two dresses I will shop Jj house or Hebeos. They exchange within 14 days. I've got a new 450.00 gown hanging in closet that has no use.”

“I ordered a Tariq Ediz dress and I purchased the size bases on the size chart. It is non refundable, which made me nervous but I thought this is a reputable designer and retailer. The dress was about 20 days after I was originally expecting it. It was quite expensive, purchased for my sons wedding. I am VERY disappointed in the overall quality. The top shows that the pleats from the skirt fan out over the two sides of the bust the pleats exist but don’t actually have any shape to them, the under lay is too big and creases horizontally across the entire bust. The overlay fabric in the skirt is a gaping hole in the back so the shorts/ zipper complete shows. And why would there be a way to get out of the shorts without having to remove the entire dress? I can’t afford to scrap the dress, and even if I could there is not time. At”

“We purchased the dress for a wedding and was told that the tailor would come to the house. My mom uses oxygen so she can’t travel for long. We were assured that the tailor would come and do the fitting at the house but, that was not the case. We were also told that this process was included in the sale. The dress was almost 900 dollars. But that was also not the case. The tailor didn’t return phone calls as expected and then we had to take a taxi to her place. Then she wanted two hundred dollars for the alterations. At the end we didn’t get the proper alterations that we wanted because of time and the price she wanted. Then the work she did was so sloppy. My experience for the care and alterations after the purchase was sub par. This is a beautiful establishment and had many great choices but, the process after we made the purchase was challenging and sub par. No one kept there word about the tailor coming to the house and doing the alterations for free. That’s what we were told and didn’t receive that service. You guys shouldn’t take advantage of customers like that, especially sick old women. My mom is 72 years old and this was her granddaughter’s wedding. A very special day for her. Your process should be carried out even after you get the money. But karma is always a b****! Sincerely, Dalhama DeSilva”

“My order was WRONG. Wrong size, wrong color. With much effort on my part and after many attempts to contact them and no response, they finally accepted the return and I hit a refund, less shipping of course. My first order and I was not impressed.”
