The company sent me a dress two sizes too big making me unable to wear the dress. When I asked for a refund or another dress, meaning the proper size that I paid for, they said they have to check if it’s available. It’s sold out on the website so I’m guessing they’re not going to send it. Maybe next time don’t sell a dress if it’s not in stock. What a waste of $500.

Contacted to enquire on stock position on a particular dress, was informed the item was in stock, placed an immediate order (within minutes), only to receive an email 24hrs later advising dress would not be available for 5 months and did I want to wait. Disappointing

Hello, Your order was placed on October 3rd and was delivered October 10th. All order ship within 5-7 business days (not counting weekends. However your order was received before this, please contact us for any questions or concerns.

All orders are shipped on business days (Monday -Friday). We do need one business day for processing as well.
