Warning that this company does NOT take returns. My fault for not reading the small print but I never would have ordered dresses online from them. I just assumed any company selling name brand dresses would have a return policy. I don’t want anyone else to lose $1400 on dresses that don’t fit.

Extremely poor customer service. Refused refund when wrong dress size sent. Wanted to issue store credit and because I could not find anything suitable when wanted to argue even though I agreed to pay restocking fee. AND on top of everything the dress was/is on sale for half the price I paid for it. Would highly recommend that customers be very cautious when dealing with this company

Hi Yvonne, We're so sorry to hear you did not have a good experience with us. Upon looking at your order, you accidentally placed the order for the wrong size. The same dress is only on sale in Silver and Olive, and not deep red (the color you ordered). Although, all purchases are final sale our team was able to take the dress back for a refund which has been provided to you.

Dear Team, I would like to provide feedback on my recent order, and I must express my dissatisfaction with the received product. The cut of the dress does not match what was depicted in the picture, and the dress is significantly longer than what was shown in the product image. Furthermore, I find the price-to-value ratio to be completely inadequate. I paid $200 for a dress that does not meet my expectations, and on top of that, there were shipping costs of over $50. This is unacceptable to me. I hope you take my concerns seriously and take measures to improve product quality and transparency regarding sizes and prices. Sincerely, Leonora
