“the chat costumer service is too weak, they do not even know which model is wearing which size, not helping someone who is looking for a right size. I just ordered a dress, I hope it is my size!”

“Sizes not true and be careful they are final sales they won’t exchange for a right size . NEVER BUYING. FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN . Very disappointed. I had to give a star to put in my comments if I could I give a 0 .”

“I ordered a dress that was $438. I thought I had ordered blue and the dress shown was blue and the order receipt showed a blue dress. I actually ordered black. This was for my sons wedding. No where in the ordering does it state all sales are final. Not even at checkout. You have to find a return policy that states an exchange, which they do not have my size, or in store credit plus a 25% restocking fee. Just be up front and don’t hide that all sales are final.”
