“We always use the Premium parking services at Newcastle airport. They are extremely efficient and make a huge difference when leaving the car and knowing it is safe. It is equally efficient on returning to Newcastle and makes the journey so much easier than looking for a previously parked car in the dark! Pleasant and courteous staff.”

“Doorstep parking in short stay car parks. Book early for best deals. However even when booked car there were few car parking spaces available not helped by cars parked over bay lines. On return in the early hours of the morning signage poor to return to short stay 2 car park and walkways not always covered. Terminal access and check in good. Security not too burdensome. Normal shopping opportunities and concourse busy with range of cafes, bars. Cleanliness of tables an issue at several venues Aspire lounge full on arrival; pre book to secure entry ( involves extra charge) Return flight led to waiting time at security gates /departure gates which had few facilities given Newcastle airport closure … aircraft when airborne had to lose time as Newcastle was not open - not good for sustainability as fuel being used Passport control required use of zig zag pathways even when no queues. Some passengers shouted at trying to avoid this … not a great welcome to the UK Baggage handling efficient and information clear”

“I waited 30 mins and there was no shuttle bus to take me to the airport - i would have just walked but the weather was awful - had to walk in the end! When i left i was also nearly charged for my parking again - had to press the help button and speak to someone to be let through the barrier.”

“We recently used the parking facilities at Newcastle Airport, the car park was easy to find and conveniently, within easy walking distance of the terminal. The entry and exit procedures went without a hitch although the cost of over £100 for 7 days in October is excessive. On departure, the passage through security was relatively quick and straightforward, but the departure lounge was small and very busy. On our holiday return in the early hours, we found that there were only two baggage carousels, one of which had three flights using the same conveyor which caused the procedure to be chaotic.”

“Easy to book online and simple entry and exit. Used short stay 2 so not far to walk to the terminal, and about half under cover. Have used this car park for the last 5 years and will continue to do so in the future.”

“Paid for premier parking including fast trak. Sent directions, easy to find, very short walk to entrance. Easy to find check in desk well sign posted. Very clean, good range of places to eat. I have to use special assistance, all the staff were fantastic, cant thank them enough for making my trip so much easier”

“Very easy to get to and close to the airport only a 5 mini walk. Easy to access number plate recognition on entry and ticket given for exit. Would definitely use again!”
