“not a good visit this time, could not get out of short saty - machine said I owed £150 even though i had pre-paid, sat for 10mins waiting for the phone to be answered, to be told i had got my reg wrong on the booking form, i hadnt- i had it in front of me! later told the camera had read my reg incorrect on entry.... and dont get me started on the prices!! absolute disgrace! daylight robbery”

“Excellent. Landed back after holiday and couldn’t locate my car. The guy in th office was extremely helpful and looked for it on the camera. He then took me to my car by minibus, picking my family up on the way. Excellent service”

“So easy to get to and find. Lots of bays to park when you turn up. Staff are friendly and helpful. I had gone and booked my cases in then realised I had dropped my credit cards on the driver seat. After letting them know they had delivered them back to me within 5 mins.”

“We are frequent travellers from Newcastle Airport and always park in the Premium Fast Track car park mostly for convenience as it as 2 minute walk into the airport terminal but also as the spaces are larger and we have quite a big car.”

“I normally use Short Stay parking for holiday periods. It is perfect for access to the Hilton Hotel that I normally use for overnight stay prior to early morning flights.”
