“people up waiting to exit the car park How on earth can I owe £245 when I had payed for this prior to the booking. Then the agent on line disappeared and I had to wait to reconnect. No explanation where the £245 had come from”

“We used priority parking, a first class service with professional staff ideal for me being a disabled badge holder. Assisted travel coming back to the airport was first class using the service off the aeroplane straight to the baggage collection. Thank you”

“I always find Newcastle airport easy to navigate with good services/amenities available (much improved in recent years). Employees are always friendly and helpful and given the choice, Newcastle would be my preferred airport for all flights.”

“Even though I paid for the parking , when I tried to leave it came on screen that I owed £100 . It was resolved after 10 minutes of sitting at barrier waiting for a member of staff on intercom”
