“The staff are first class and very helpful but I don’t use you as often as I do because sometimes your prices are too high but I don’t have problems with the service you’re giving”

“I used the Premium Fast track parking. Quite easy to find. Plenty of wider parking spaces free. A short covered walk to the terminal. Car was safe and secure and fine when I returned. Overall a great way to park at NCL.”

“The Meet and Greet parking at Newcastle Airport is first class. I always find the cost reasonable and the access and efficiency of parking here is the best of aany decent sized airport in the UK. To top it off, I always find that the staff members are friendly and courteous. Bravo!”

“Nice changes made making it a more modern environment but more seating outside of bars/restaurants is needed. Also parking is astronomically priced compared with previous years and other airports in the country.”

“Apart from the rising price of car parking at Airports, there is nothing to complain about here. The short stay 2 car park is well sign posted and easy to get to. Its only a short walk to the Terminal so very convenient. I can definately recommend using this car park.”

“As I had to cancel the holiday I had booked at the end of March I also cancelled my car parking so I would suggest you keep your records up to date. I have another holiday booked for later in the year and I will be in touch nearer the time. Thank you.”

“The process using Meet and Greet could not be simpler. There are no queues to get in, staff are always friendly, helpful and attentive and I would definitely use this service again when flying out of Newcastle.”
