I use short stay 1 it's right opposite the airport which is really handy especially when the weather is bad I always try and find a discount code because it is a extra money to park there

Apart from the rising price of car parking at Airports, there is nothing to complain about here. The short stay 2 car park is well sign posted and easy to get to. Its only a short walk to the Terminal so very convenient. I can definately recommend using this car park.

I needed some help at the exit barrier and the Gentleman that helped was understanding and first class,taking all stress out of the situation.

All staff very efficient and friendly and we use boarding assistance and it could not be easier. We also park the car in meet and greet and it could not be simpler

As I had to cancel the holiday I had booked at the end of March I also cancelled my car parking so I would suggest you keep your records up to date. I have another holiday booked for later in the year and I will be in touch nearer the time. Thank you.

The process using Meet and Greet could not be simpler. There are no queues to get in, staff are always friendly, helpful and attentive and I would definitely use this service again when flying out of Newcastle.

Having used the meet and greet facility for several years, I have always experienced excellent courteous and professional service. Sadly, recently I had to return early from a trip due to a family emergency, arriving at 0200 hrs on Easter Sunday. THERE IS NO WAY OF CONTACTING THE PARKING OFFICE IN AN EMERGENCY??? The possibility of my car being parked off site as I arrived, and perhaps adding further time to my dashed return at that time of the morning was stressful. I tried several numbers and emails, all stating office hours are Monday to Friday daytime only… for a 24 hour International Airport!?? Would be laughable if not so stressful. No 24 hour information desk at all in the airport. After an hour of feeling impossibly adrift, thousands of miles away, I contacted Jet2 (via there main office) who actually have a desk phone at Newcastle “International” Airport, their professional and kind assistance resulted in a couple of calls by them to the Duty parking officer who authorised the passing of his land line number ( yes a 24 hour based person with a phone responsible for overseeing parking!) I called and he was incredibly helpful, assuring that it was not a problem and that my vehicle would be pulled and ready for my arrival…perfect! I presume standard parking would not be an issue as I would have had my keys, but the fact I chose and paid for the premium meet and greet negated this. ***Please ensure you state The Duty Parking Officer’s contact number on the booking confirmation.***
