“No issues with booking process and access to parking area my only issue is with the price.”

“Returning from holiday I was unable to find my car. It was soon located by a member of staff and then a car park bus driver gave me a lift and waited to see if car would start. I greatly appreciated their help, all done with good grace and humour.”

“Good airport but parking very expensive. Security now has new scanners but these were causing delays (hopefully only teething problems). Lots of cases were being pulled into aside to be opened and checked but there was only one person doing. Hopefully there will be more staff in future.”

“The carpark is of ample amount at the time we went. The big issue is if its raining or adverse weather then you are going to get wet etc The 3 times I've used the airport parking there has never been transport even though there are buses.”

“Always leave my car with the Meet & Greet when flying from Newcastle Airport. Friendly and helfpul staff. Know my car will be left in the capable hands of the staff there. Pick up when I get back from my holiday, check all is ok, which it always is. Sorted. Thanks to all. Will be leaving my car there again later in the year. 😊”

“Always good service but the last time I used the meet and greet the lady didn't give me the number of the bay my car was parked in which made it a little more difficult to find it. Also it was parked so close to the next vehicle I had to climb over from the passenger to the driver's seat.”
