“Lovely airport, restaurant inside did amazing food with a great view of the planes taking off and landing. Pre-booked parking was very easy. Plenty of space to choose from in the long-stay car park.”

“Airport terminal fine. Beware when using parking facilities very confusing as to where your meant to be. Very bad signage and may be asked for extra fee on departure even though already pre paid”

“Very easy to get to from Ripon. The parking facilities are extremely good and the airport itself is great. We have used it twice recently and it was very easy to get through with excellent facilities within the terminal.”

“Flew out of Newcastle Airport for the first time recently. Driving from the Scottish borders it was in a great location. Dropped off the car at the valet parking right next to the terminal. Just follow the covered walkway and cross the road and you are in the terminal. After checking in we went to the airport lounge which was excellent with a large selection of food drink and snacks. The lounge was very comfortable with very helpful staff. Great start to a four-day city break. I have no hesitation in recommending Newcastle Airport to all my friends and family. Will always check if there are flights available from this airport first before any other.”

“We used the meet & greet & found the process easy. We were delayed 44 hours coming home and contacted the parking people who ensured our car was ready when we returned. We had to pay £12 a day extra for the two days we were delayed, and we were happy with that. The only problem was that the card machine was not working properly so we had to pay the excess in cash, to avoid further delay in getting home. We have used the meet & greet before and will again. All staff were pleasant & helpful.”

“We used meet and greet carparking and found it very easy,only thing I would like mention is that our car was parked at the furthest space away from their reception and my wife has mobility problems.Not even able to drive it back to reception to pick her up due to one way system.I think asking the right questions during booking in would help us make a decision in future.”

“We parked in Short Stay 2 car park for a week recently. It is a short walk to the terminal building and there were plenty of spaces to park in. On returning from our holiday we were quickly out of the car park and on the road - just remember to keep your ticket safely while you are away as you need it to exit”
