“This was very convenient for us as it meant we didn't have to rely on others for drop off and pick up. Car parking system was very easy to navigate. Only downside is that I feel it is still a little on the expensive side. Considering the sheer amount of cars parked and money presumably made from this I feel it could be made a little cheaper.”

“First time using this service at Newcastle airport. We used the premium meet and greet service. Whilst it’s a premium service and so cost a bit more than some of the other options to park, it’s a slick and efficient one. It was easy to find the way in, and there were staff at hand to help. The staff were polite and professional and it’s a service I’d definitely consider again.”
