It would be better if you had frequent user rates. I find it unfair that frequent users have no advantages.

Courtesy Bus driver did not park adjacent to bus stop and had to drag my cases between Bus stop & bus to get entry, when I commented he just said sometimes he parks at the stop & sometimes he doesn't which I thought was very unprofessional and rude

I booked the airport in error (wrong country) so never actually used the car park. However the money was still taken out of my account even although my car would not have been detected by the cameras entering or leaving the car park. oyster41@hotmail.com

Parking was very convenient as we were right outside the terminal as usual though I was stuck at the barrier for ages creating a queue as the system did not have my details logged correctly (again!).

First time used was brilliant. This time was poor, after being delayed with the Brussels terrorism we had to extend stay which couldn't be helped, was charged full rate without any exception for the extra time and also when departing the ticket didn't work and the lady on the speaker insisted on me getting booking numbers and references which took some time booting up phone... Very very average for a premium priced service, probably won't use again

Like all airports very expensive its soon going to be cheaper to get a taxi, also why do they shut the car parks NEAREST the terminal when quiet

The parking experience was fine. I have used Newcastle airport on many occasions & change between on site & local off site parking generally depending on cost. To make the onsite choice work it is important that the bus servicing it is regular. Nothing worse than waiting late at night in the cold after a long flight for too long a period for the bus to arrive. Also it is important that users put their bags on the racks provided. Too many times individuals leave their cases on the floor & stand next to them.When you consider what has happened to the cases during the flight this shows how sad they are as well as inconveniencing other bus users

Quite a bit of work being carried out on the car park so restricted to parking close to the terminal.. Therefor on this occasion we didn't use the courtesy coach. On return to our vehicle the ticket didn't work to exit the carpark and we had to reverse and visit the office to sort. Otherwise, convenient parking if you can get a discounted rate, otherwise fairly expensive.

NO PROBLEMS WHEN WE ARRIVED,BUT WHEN WE GOT BACK WE GOT TO THE BARRIER AND THERE WAS 2 CARS IN FRONT ,HAVING PROBLEMS,SO WE ALL HAD TO REVERSE,AND WE GOT TO THE BARRIER AND OUR CARD WOULD NOT WORK,SO WE HAD TO REVERSE WITH CARS BEHIND US THINKING IT WAS OUR FAULT.I HAD TO GO INTO THE OFFICE TO HAVE OUR CARD ACTIVATED,AS I AM SURE YOU WILL KNOW WHEN YOU GET BACK ALL YOU WANT IS TO GET HOME,THIS WAS QUITE STRESSFUL .

I park at Necastle airport long stay at least three times a year . The only downside with this site is its too far away from the terminal , I know they supply buses to pick up & drop off but most of the time your waiting for them to arrive , there are two car park right next to the payment booth as you leave which are standing empty , if they were utilised there would no need to stand about waiting for the bus !!

Car park is as always very handy for us, the problem we have and have always had is getting through the barrier leaving the car park at the end of our holidays. it never accepts our ticket and we have to go to the office for help, causing a hold up while we are at the office.

Nice and secure, never had any problems. But too many closed off areas with no apparent re-Tarmac/improvements work going on. Please bring back the good old days of ringing for a bus instead of standing in the drizzle (like I have to do nearly every single week) in the vain hope a bus is doing the rounds. However bus drivers are lovely and friendly.

Booking online was easy. However, the cameras at the Short Stay car park read my car's number plate incorrectly. I suspect it was because it thought that one of the screws holding the plate on was part of a letter, and read it as B rather than D. That's probably the reason why on leaving the car park the machine said my parking ticket had expired. I pressed the button for Help, and after giving the operative my reference number he opened the barrier.

Parked in short stay car park for long weekend after booking online as the cost was not much more than long stay. I think I paid @ £33. On the way out, after inserting my ticket the barrier wouldn't open and the display indicated I had outstayed the ticket period which was incorrect and was told to go to the parking station. I didn't fancy the walk all the way down to the long stay so hit the "help" button. The staff were fine and said that the camera had failed to read my number plate on entrance due to one of the screws on the plate. Never had this issue before with the same car. But they raised the barrier for me. A bit inconvenient but no big deal.

Hi, I had trouble with leaving as I have a personalised reg and it wasn't recognised so I had to park up and go into the cabin. Other than that, everything is fine.

got of flight at around 10-40pm, waited about 20min and no bus for parking area, had to walk down to car. Not pleased

Most zones were shut, as often happens so they make you park in furthest car park whilst closer zones stood empty. So frustrating. Only three spaces left in the only open zone so had to park on end of a row. Also not enough ramps on pavements for trolleys meaning you have to walk on roads.

The last 3 times I have went to exit the parking - twice from medium stay and once in short stay- the ticket machine has been faulty in some way. It has refused my ticket even though it is all pre paid. A minor issue but one that provides frustration when all you want to do is get away.
