“Address provided was old address but when we contacted the service the gentleman on the other end of the phone was so polite and helpful it was such a relief! Parking space was easy to find and directions up everywhere”

“Great parking right next to the terminal and extra wide. Great for 4x4’s I’m aways aware of other cars opening their doors in normal parking spaces. These cars aren’t cheap ! Yes good experience!”

“Easy to use and navigate parking, short walk to terminal and quick service through to departures. Exactly what you need with small children on an early morning flight. Likewise on return, priority given for passport control and we had our luggage and were out very quickly. The only thing I would say would be useful is to have a trolley park in the actual car park as I had to wait at the car whilst my husband went and got one from the terminal and he had to walk back with it on our return journey so having one in the actual parking area would be more convenient.”

“We always use the car parking 3/4 times a year the prices are crazy now! Also what I would like to be able to do is book a disabled bay to park in. There was many cars parked there without a badge with really annoyed me.”

“Long stay car parking is convenient with a regular shuttle bus, but it is within reasonable walking distance to the terminal. Staff are helpful throughout and it is always a pleasure to fly from Newcastle - rarely any chaos, normally a very laid back experience. 10/10”

“Such a god send. We arrived with no stress straight to parking. On return straight through check out into our car straight home. Hassle free. No waiting for taxis, lifts or anything. Parking is right outside the airport. Good spaces we didn't even think about the car while away knowing it was parked in a well lit secured car park. Use airport parking for every trip now. Would highly recommend”
