“Meet and greet parking was excellent as was check in and security.the toilets in check in always let it down.on return really long queue at passport control.in factory when we got to baggage claim the next flight was on our carousel.overall good experience.”

“Find it very easy to use airport parking, used it twice recently, very easy to use ,get ticket when entering car park,park up keep keys, put ticket in barrier on return, and off you go, handy when you've just got off plane and waited ages to clear passport control straight to car park no waiting for taxis , already booked for next trip”

“Always book our airport parking in advance and never had a problem until my last visit in August. On our return I put the parking ticket into the machine on exit and was prompted to pay over £200 ...but this was quickly resolved after pressing the help button and speaking to operator who helped sort the error out. Would still pre-book direct but wish they would give bigger discounts to regular customers, lucky to get 10% off these days and parking isn't cheap anymore.”

“Positives. Plenty of parking spaces. Reliable bus service. Negatives. Cost, it had gone from £40 to £100 in a couple of years. Number plate camera not reading plate correctly resulting in having to stop and get the ticket validated to get out.”
