“We used to use meet and greet when it was the hut on the same side as the terminal...you pulled up outside the hut handed your keys in then when you landed your car was waiting outside the hut for you...since the change to posh new meet and greet..price has gone up alarmingly...and now when you land back...we had to walk a good way to find our car...unless its parked close by...it is now cheaper to get an uber there and back than to park at the airport and with £40 change”

“The parking is so convenient and easy to use. Close enough to walk to the terminal, but if it’s wet simply wait in a shelter for the regular shuttle bus. The terminal itself is easy to navigate, check-in is quick and security checks are also quick using the latest technology. We’ve never experienced long queues or delays. This is the perfect size for an airport, and we love it.”

“Dropped disabled son and wife at express drop off before heading to short stay 2 car park(pre booked). Only 1 entrance available only 3 available to get out. It took over 40mins to carry out parking before getting back to my wife and son at the terminal. Absolutely disgraceful service and very expensive. No doubt I will get no reply from yourselves.”
