“Excellent from point of drop off. No time delays or waiting to be dealt with. Car there at specified time of return in first class condition in the parking space we were given. Excellent. Your representative Ted Ure was looked after us superbly.”

“Great place to park but had a problem trying to get out it wanted us to pay another £255 spoilt the end of a great holiday lucky we pressed for help it was resolved but it shouldn't have happened”

“All ok except when we left our prepaid parking place and the exit barrier wanted to charge us £350+. Sorted before we left but initially they couldn’t find our booking.”

“Meet and greet is a brilliant option parking at Newcastle. Park car, walk to reception, hand key over and cross road to airport in about 5 mins. It was quiet when we arrived.”

“Worst airport I've use. Delayed over 6 hours. Made to climb stairs to the gates 3 times with 2 kids and a pram with no lifts available. Very small airport. Will never use this airport again. No issues with parking. Probably best part of the airport.”

“It was the first time that I used the car park and it was very easy and so useful as it was close to the terminal. It was heavy rain on our departure and arrival back to Newcastle.. I will certainly use it again in the future.”

“After a great holiday I attempted to exit the car park with my pre-paid ticket but instead of the barrier opening it requested I pay £260.00 by credit/debit card. I re-inserted the ticket on three occasion but each time it was declined and the payment was requested. I then pressed the assistance button and after a long delay the barrier opened. This was totally unacceptable when a pre paid ticket had already been purchased.”
