“Facilities for disabled are shocking,no signs ,hardly any information online,just there are some in areas but i have never found one,pushing a wheelchair up the hill is a nightmare with case or cases,and i remember when buses used to be very regular,where have they gone? its about 40% more to book now and you get less for your money.Think you need to review it a great deal !”

“Used the Fast Track parking facility at Newcastle airport recently when we flew to Antalya recently. Pre booked, easy entry procedure and large parking spaces and easy exit procedure. Only a minute walk to the terminal.”

“When arriving at the airport we tried to use the intercom to book the courtesy bus. This was not working but there was no notice on the bus shelter to advise of this. Eventually we were told to go to another bus stop. A bus came eventually but this was after we had waited 25 minutes meaning our time in the airport was reduced”

“Parked at Short stay2. Very busy, spaces tight and few and far between. Spent time driving around car park. Road near exit where we parked blocked by cars dropping off and picking up.”

“Usually we have a hassle free experience when using the car parking service but alas this time it was not to be. When we arrived back in the wee hours and went to collect our vehicle from the premium meet & greet parking we were told our rear number plate had 'fallen off'......when I asked how it could have happened I was informed, in an abrupt manner, it happens all the time! The operative in formed me that the number plate was in the boot, marvellous🙄. So after many years of using the premium meet and great service without a hiccup, burp or fart my rear number plate had fallen off by its own accord, although generally speaking, and after taking advice, I dont accept this on a 2yr old car. Something obviously happened for my rear number plate to throw itself on the ground? Never the less I was left to incur the cost of refitting it. And the pityfull excuse of it had 'fallen off' doesn't really cut it and to be perfectly honest I would expect a better service from you, happy to discuss further👍”

“Parking charges are disgraceful drop off and pick up is £4. There is an area in short stay 2 where you can pick up and drop off for free but it’s not fit for purpose as it causes a grid lock. We have waited well over an hour for baggage on arrival of the emirates flight.”

“Meet and Greet staff friendly and professional. fast smooth check-in, less than 2 minutes walk to the terminal. on return collect car keys from the Meet and Greet desk and collect my car from a dedicated bay. 1st class operation. I will be booking again on my next travels.”
