“Very good generally but puzzled that you still have to take and keep and use a ticket when others eg Gatwick use ANPR. Otherwise no problems.”

“We were lucky enough to travel a few times last and a couple of times so far this year. Every time we have arranged parking with meet and greet and the staff have been very cheery and helpful on all occasions, even when at times it was a little busy to say the least. Well done keep up the good work.”

“I've already sent you feedback re lack of shuttle bus at long term car park, I did this on 24th Feb. and as yet, have heard nothing back. In summary, my wife and I requested a shuttle bus just after 8am on 13th Feb. We were told "sorry, it stopped at 8am". How can you justify charging £94.99 to park for two weeks and provide no shuttle bus? My wife and I are both 66 and have good health and mobility, so were able to get to the terminal building unassisted. God knows what we would have done if: 1. Our mobility was not good. 2. We were a family with young children and multiple bags of luggage. 3. The weather was bad. This needs to be addressed, otherwise I won't be using the long term car park again. Yours sincerely, Patrick Sheehy (an unhappy customer who has used the long term car park several times in the past).”

“Excellent Service. From the booking to the drop off and subsequent collection, the whole process was very easy and straightforward. Staff were very helpful and courteous. Easy to use, just pull up and drop off the keys, then cross the road to the terminal. Coming back, pick up the keys and the car is waiting. I’ll use this service again and again. 100% hassle free.”

“Despite a short mix-up on the pre-paid car parking ticket, the service received afterward was efficient and speedy in returning monies to me. Good car parking, easy access to the airport and quick to get away after the plane had landed.”

“Upon pulling up to park the anpr detected my registration number no problem Gave me a ticket and proceeded to park up On our return however pulled up to the exit barrier and couldn’t find our car on the system so wouldn’t let me out. Had to wait for a representative to arrive then wanted to check my email for the booking before he would let me out . So not so good on departure. Not just my car either the other lanes for cars had the same problem.”

“SECURE PARKING, EASY ACCESS, WE ALWAYS HAVE AN ISSUE ON EXIT THE BARRIER NEVER LIFTS BUT THE HELP BUTTON ALWAYS GETS SOMEONE QUICKLY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE”
