“Normally excellent service that I use 4-5 times a year. Last time total nightmare attempting to exit the Long Stay car park! Not sure if it was ticket machines or punters to blame! Luckily for us a bus driver opened the barriers to let the masses leave!”

“I would most definitely use the parkIng again, however I did think the facility would mean my car was literally outside waiting for me as description was meet and greet, plus I think any service has room for improvement”

“Whilst the car parking facilities were very practical the courtesy bus was a lot to be desired there seemed to be only one bus on and waited for quite a while for it and virtually no seats were available and had to stand,an extra bus would have been so much easier hope you bear these comments in mind for the next holiday season.”

“Although it is a added holiday expense, Newcastle Airport parking, is very convenient with an excellent free bus service to the airport door and I do feel that my car will be safe and ready for me when I get back with no mystery miles on the clock and less petrol in the tank. Thank You, Olwen”
