“Very easy to use and only a short walk. The only downside was that it was raining heavily when we arrived home to walk to the car park!”

“I would most definitely use the parkIng again, however I did think the facility would mean my car was literally outside waiting for me as description was meet and greet, plus I think any service has room for improvement”

“Whilst the car parking facilities were very practical the courtesy bus was a lot to be desired there seemed to be only one bus on and waited for quite a while for it and virtually no seats were available and had to stand,an extra bus would have been so much easier hope you bear these comments in mind for the next holiday season.”

“Although it is a added holiday expense, Newcastle Airport parking, is very convenient with an excellent free bus service to the airport door and I do feel that my car will be safe and ready for me when I get back with no mystery miles on the clock and less petrol in the tank. Thank You, Olwen”

“My local airport. Handy and we're able to fly to a number of destinations. I would be very reluctant to fly from elsewhere. The airport is clean and tidy, well signposted. We used airport parking and I think that could be improved. The paths are very uneven. There are some works currently taking place and perhaps this issue is being addressed? The lighting is fairly poor and the fact that you need to insert your card at the exit barrier drives me nuts, when you've already paid with your card and accessed the barriers on the way in. Don't you have numberplate recognition?”

“nothing wrong with the car park, plenty of spaces when we arrived, the only annoying part was when we arrived back at newcastle early hours of the morning with 3 other flights the queue for the courtesy bus was massive and only saw one bus operating...”
