“Parking easy to find although some car parks were blocked off with a sign saying full when they were clearly not. Also walk ways need to be improved as the were very uneven and with a trolly case this caused problems”

“No issues booked long stay and then up graded to short stay, just as close as the meet end greet. I normally phone up for the best price but for some reason they offered me nothing and told me they dont do that anymore. So I booked long stay on line. Over priced”

“Parking at Newcastle Airport has always been a good service but recent price increases have made me question my travel arrangements. When looking for a quote there is never the option for short stay 1 even when it may be a single days travel.”

“Long stay car park as away for 7 nights cost £45. Week before stayed in Short stay ascaway 3 nights cost £38. Prices have shot up since new meet n greet was opened”

“New meet and greet facility was excellent would definitely use again. Airport was extremely busy and struggled to find somewhere to sit if you didn’t want to frequent the bars or food facilities.”

“Still think parking is quite expensive. Maybe it is in line with other airport car parking though that shouldn't justify extortion. However I envisaged problems due to the collapse of Thomas Cook and arriving back to Newcastle late, by 5 hours, after, being diverted to Stansted.. This was not the case was allowed out of the car park, no questions asked.”

“collected the car from short stay car park, got to the barrier inserted the ticket and the barrier did not open. waited some time before someone answered and was asked details and had we paid in advance,which we had paid for 3 weeks. never had this problem before.”

“It was an easy walk from car park 2 to the terminal building, plenty of spaces both in June and more recently in September. I also use the free 15 minute drop off from this car park which is handy.”
