“Most efficient, drop off and collection of car on return quick process, although cars due for collection could have priority parking closer to the drop off. By the time you walked across the car park to collect your car, you may as well parked in short stay 2”

“Car Park prices seem to have increased significantly since the last time i used the airport in June. I normally use the meet and greet but due to the high cost i opted for the long stay. Everything was fine with the long stay , the only hitch was as i went to leave the barrier did not open and the digital display said i owed £100 for parking. i contacted the office and they found my booking and let me out.”

“I found it ok, but needed to get as close too arrivals as i could , had to ride around for a while for a bay , ended up a bit further away, as I was picking up a disabled relative.”

“Meet & Greet parking service excellent especially when arriving in hours of darkness. No more waiting for a bus in the cold and wet and then having to struggle to get cases on board because the aisles are too narrow and same when getting off. Then have to navigate in poorly lit poorly signed car park to find the exit. Good service from the car parking staff, so far so good for Meet&Greet, used it twice since it opened.”

“Bit disappointed when we arrived back and had to wait because there was no one on reception. It would have also been nice if our car was facing the right way to drive out as the car was all steamed up and it was dark and we hadn’t a clue how to get out of car park.”

“Brilliant location especially in the short stay car park. If you need to phone the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Only wish that they have a loyalty scheme/card, it is a bit expensive when staying for a couple of weeks. Anyway would not leave my car anywhere else.”

“An easy to use airport which is not too big & with friendly approachable staff. The only minor criticism is that a little more information should be clearly displayed prior to arriving at security clarifying exactly what items of clothing need to be removed (e.g. what type of shoes) & what must be removed from hand baggage & placed in the tray before passing through security. Earlier notification/clarification of the process would prevent some of the delays that occur at the departure security check while people start taking off shoes etc just before entering the scan gate.”
