“Excellent facilities internal and external, especually new Meet And Greet Terminal. My only criticism is the cost of drop off and pick up charges.”

“Bit disappointed when we arrived back and had to wait because there was no one on reception. It would have also been nice if our car was facing the right way to drive out as the car was all steamed up and it was dark and we hadn’t a clue how to get out of car park.”

“Brilliant location especially in the short stay car park. If you need to phone the staff are always so friendly and helpful. Only wish that they have a loyalty scheme/card, it is a bit expensive when staying for a couple of weeks. Anyway would not leave my car anywhere else.”

“An easy to use airport which is not too big & with friendly approachable staff. The only minor criticism is that a little more information should be clearly displayed prior to arriving at security clarifying exactly what items of clothing need to be removed (e.g. what type of shoes) & what must be removed from hand baggage & placed in the tray before passing through security. Earlier notification/clarification of the process would prevent some of the delays that occur at the departure security check while people start taking off shoes etc just before entering the scan gate.”

“We used the meet and greet option. Outward journey we parked the car a few feet from the reception and registed the arrival of the car promptly and easily. However on the return journey, we expected the same short walk from reception to the car but it was not that close and it was throwing it down. This would not have proved too much of a problem had my wife not been disabled and doesn't walk quickly. Consequently, we got wet through and we weren't as far away as we could have been. Access should be allocated to dedicated disabled places within the meet and greet parking area. We will probably park in the disabled area directly in front of the departure entrance as the meet and greet service doesn't have cover over this part so in both cases you are open to the weather but its far shorter to get to your car when you return”

“good service reliable bus service A pitty bus poorly orginised IE cases and passengers in ile. passengers sitting can not get off for other passengers blocking exit and also anouncement which stop as you cannot see out of dark windows when it is raining and dull”

“Easy to enter and even easier to exit, camera recognition is an extremely good way to avoid delays when leaving. Really easy to book a space on line and if parking in short stay 1 or 2 you can arrange this online also. I'm happy with this carpark its a shame it wasn't a bit cheaper but still a less than taxi fares.. Thanks, Alan..”

“Great airport for us. Only half an hour from home. Facilities good. We use short stay car park which although expensive is better for us as we can’t lift cases on and off airport bus. Toilets always clean. Staff generally very good.”
