“Long stay car parking is good and easy to use but I do not agree with the £2 drop off charge. I know you can park your car and use the bus but the drop off is handy when the whole family is going on holiday and with young children flying at 7 o'clock in the morning.”

“Meet and Greet Car Park - A little confusing how to get to the meet and greet parking on the initial approach to the airport but as you drive round you suddenly come across the signage. Drove down a line, parked and walked into the reception. Smooth drop off. Not quite a covered walk into the terminal as they make out but you will only get wet crossing the road. Return was just as smooth. Walked into reception handed in my ticket and got my keys and location number. Parking bays are a little tight so I was pleased I got back to the car before the person parked next to me otherwise I think they would have struggled to get into their car without bumping mine. Other than that all went well and I will be using the service again for my next holiday.”

“Good value, secure and plenty of spaces. On exit the machine said we owed £353 for a 12night stay despite being prepaid. The exit time was 1am, but the security assistant was available quickly and the issue resolve immediately.”

“Good service and does what it commits to. The bus service can take a while in the Long stay carparks so leave an extra 15-20 minutes at least. More automation showing number of spaces free in various carparks would be a good addition. The staff could try to be a bit more friendly at times rather than just a job for them.”

“We parked in Car Park A and the only concern was with the gravelled surface. It did not allow any markings to follow and therefore no circulation between rows of parked cars. It meant we had to reverse out of a row for some considerable distance when there were no spaces. A firm and marked surface would be so much better.”
