“Overall good experience at a good price compared to other airports. Good sign posting to direct you to your designated car park and directions to bus pickup shelters. Although the buses were frequent, I was a little disappointed with the quality of the driving each way. Please slow down and smooth the corners and bumps out. Hence the 4 star rating instead of 5 as all staff inside the airport were excellent.”

“Good prices when pre-booked and easy to get too car park. Was plenty of spaces once you could find them and actually get to them as many people had blocked the exits in each section by parking in them so meant you had too drive round the car park the wrong way and that would be a disaster is really busy, if this was resolved would be 5*.”

“We had a wholly positive experience with the new Meet and Greet parking at NCL airport. The only downside was that when we returned to our car at 01.45 am. It was not easily accessible (tightly parked to the car in the adjoining bay) at either side of the vehicle. I had to squeeze into the car to move to another area to load my wife, who uses a mobility scooter and four pieces of luggage. My Blue Badge was displayed clearly on the dashboard to provide warning that extra space was required for ease of access.”

“Convenient parking within a couple of minutes' walk from the terminal. The only negative I would say is that most of the times we have used it we have been signposted into areas that say "spaces", but once you get in there you find that they are actually full. We have usually ended up trying an area that says "full" but actually has loads of space. This causes anxiety as it takes twice as long to park than is necessary.”

“Extensive easy long stay and short stay parking with recently extended valet parking section. Check-in hall spaceous and well laid out. Procedure for check in pretty quick and efficient. Friendly staff on hand. Security inspection efficient and well organised. On return, the passport control and baggage collection process is relatively quick. Large duty free as well as other shops. Very large bar areas. Public seating elsewhere could be better and also one of two smaller eating places such as Frankie and Benny's would give customers a choice from the larger eating/drinking areas. Good business Lounge facilities with Aspire and Aspire Plus. All in all a well laid out and well ran airport.”

“Short stay Two was used on our most recent visit. Although no shuttle was required this was not as convenient as Short stay One which is right outside. There's a bit of a walk to terminal and this was also affected by car park works that were going on.”

“We used the premium meet and greet service and were very happy with service provided, the only thing that stopped us giving a very good score was that when we went to collect our vehicle on our return it was very difficult to manoeuvre out of the space we had been allocated and maybe more thought should of been given to the size of different vehicle and the size of the spaces.”
