“It's quite a decent airport. Every time I go, though, the part inside security seems to have been altered yet again, and the walk to the boarding gates is rather long. Overall, though, it's OK.”

“Entry to car parks fine, plenty of spaces and shuttle bus cane and collected us promptly. However, on return from holiday, shuttle bus took around 15 mins to arrived. Took so long to arrive that there were loads more passengers than the bus could carry. Then as if by magic, a second bus arrived. Why are they not more evenly distributed? I appreciate that things happen which can have knock-on consequences but it would have been nice if there was some kind of information display showing eta’s or problems. In reality, I could have walked quicker but in typical English style, it was raining. Would use again as there isn’t much alternative but was a little disappointed this time.”

“Good although car park K could benefit from tarmacing. Have upgraded in the past but £14.99 is a bit expensive previously £9.99.”

“I think you could do with some kind of identification of the car parking rows in the short stay car parks. I often leave my car there for two or three days and then struggle to remember where I parked my car upon my return.”

“No issues getting in or out, even with our homeward flight being delayed. Only concern is the size of the parking bays for bigger cars as I have an X3. Not sure if the bays are small as painted in 1970's or to increase revenue but there's no way to get two doors open on opposite sides of my car. Other than that, good overall service.”

“Arrived and found a space and was in airport within minutes. On return found our car and proceeded to exit barriers - barriers were raised after inputting our card and we left. Easy either way. Would definitely recommend and price was good!”

“Normally I would give the airport a 5 as it is always fabulous especially security. On this occasion the airport was totally stretched to capacity. Well done to all the staff as they managed but I could see it was a struggle. The poor girls in boots had a queue out the door, never seen it like that ever, I don't know how they are expected to work in those conditions”

“Easy and hassle-free parking with an 8-10 minute walk to the airport terminal. You can wait for a courtesy bus but, unless you are lucky to see one close by, you may be quicker walking.”
