“easy to use just parked the car and a bus arrive,drivers were very helpful on the way back only had to wait about 2 minuets for a bus no point in getting meet and great”

“Normally use short stay 1 but couldn’t book that this time around so ended up in short stay 2, was a short walk but wouldn’t like to do it in the dark or the rain! Not well sign posted, we nearly ended up in long stay. Felt it was expensive for the walk we had to do. I’ve paid the same amount for short stay 1 which is so easy compared to this.”

“Always park here , last year paid the extra £9.99 to park in short stay at front of terminal . This year it cost £14.99 ? When I rang to ask why I was told there are two short stay car parks and this was the charge for number 1 . Number 2 would be £9.99 , we parked same place as October 2018 yet paid £5 extra ? Not happy !”

“Service through security and passport control is very efficient as well as baggage collection as we returned late at night with a baby. We parked on short term 2 which was a short walk however we needed a trolley so you need trolley bays in the car parks. Also one of the large was a little raised and our cases fell off the trolley so easier access to walk with big luggage and trolley is needed. Overall really pleased.”

“Whilst work is ongoing at the Short Stay car park the signage to Short Stay 2 could have been better and the rows should have been numbers or lettered especially when you are trying to find your car in the dark.”

“Relatively easy to use but an ANPR system for exiting the car park would be much easier. Lower prices would also help to make using the airport & its car parks more attractive.”

“I have to say good because I forgot where I had parked and the attendant was very pleasant and helpful in helping me locate it. Thank you again to him. I do find it strange that after paying a hefty slice of money to park for your holiday you have to pay to drop off and pick up. Yes the buses go round but it feels like being on a cattle truck and lifting luggage on and off can be difficult. If there was pedestrian access to the car parks I am sure more people would just walk.”

“Very good and plenty car parking spaces but cant understand why there is so many car parks closer to the terminal that are not open and put us in a one that was terrible surface and very bad pulling cases”

“It would have been 5☆ but had to wait a long time at the terminal for a bus on our return journey and it was 4am in the morning and and really windy and cold. Apart from that the experience was stress free!”
