“The short stay 2 car park is too far away from the terminal for me and much further away than advertised. Being arthritic I found it very difficult coming back into the airport as the escalator was not in use. A man carried my bag up the stairs after seeing me struggle, I don't know how I'd have managed without his help. I'd rather not ask for assistance so please sort the escalator out.”

“Access to parking was well signposted, there were plenty of parking spaces with signs to help us return to the right parking place. The bus service to take us to the terminal was frequent and contact we had with staff was very satisfactory as they were most helpful. Booking in advance meant that is was cheaper to park at the airport than take a taxi. I would use this service again.”

“Easy to park just in front of the terminal, only a minutes walk. Have used this car park many times before and will be using it again - it's so convenient. Happy to pay a little extra knowing my car is safe and right on the doorstep.”

“Good. Within easy walking distance of airport. Could do with more covered walkways in case of rain. Would be helpful if car parks were more clearly labelled in sections eg 2a, 2b, 2c, etc, so it's easier to find your car when you come back.”

“The premium meet and greet service is well worth the money especially if you have children. Completely takes the hassle out of parking both ways. Would highly recommend and definitely use again”
