“We were parked in the short stay car park for a week. It was so easy to get into the airport and park the car up and we knew it would be secure. When we came back the car was easy to find and driving out of the airport was really easy. We used airport parking 4 times last year and had no issues.”

“The airport is generally ran well. There can be quite a wait for suitcases if more than one plane lands at once. The major issue is the price of the onsite parking, this is considerably more expensive (and increasing all the time) compared to other airports.”

“As always ....easy to get into. .directions are clear and always plenty of spaces left in car park bit as with all airports it seems, security was busy ...duty free shops no longer cheap and food and drink in the termnal are extortionate....”

“Very happy this time as the barriers/camera actually read my car number plate correctly. The last 2 times it didn't and we were stuck until we spoke to someone to raise the barriers. Such a relief when it worked properly this time. 😂😉😁”

“Always a pleasant experience using the airport. Prices in food outlets are expensive and quality not as good as expected. Good variety of shops. Last minute essentials can be purchased. Variety of parking options available as is public transport.”

“Excellent parking space. Easy booking process. Easy to access on arrival just take a ticket at the barrier and then on exit insert your ticket again to exit barrier.”

“Short stay parking was very close to the terminal and everything worked as it should. I would mention that you need to keep your ticket and put this back into the machine when leaving as it is not fully automated on number plate recognition.”

“For all the long stay car parking works extremely well at Newcastle Airport and we use it quite a few times a year, we find the cost is extortionate. Prices need to be reviewed. It’s very unfair been expected to pay these prices.”
