“Premium Meet and Greet is the only way to travel. The staff on our arrival and departure were great. Airports are stressful places and PM&G removes a big chunk of that stress both at the start and at the end of your trip. 👍”

“We had difficulty in purchasing a ticket at the standard charge as it was on a Saturday when we booked. Also the system did not read our car registration correctly so had to visit the ticket office to resolve a £190 parking charge. All after a long flight and in the early morning not great.”

“We often use Fast Track Parking and find it excellent. The staff are helpful and friendly. It's so easy to use and so close to the terminal building so you don't have to take your suitcase long distance. Thoroughly recommend and will continue to use.”

“Parking ridiculously expensive. Flights very limited, only bog standard tourist destinations . Waiting an hour and a half to get through passport control, followed by only one belt working for multiple flights and cases stacked up on the floor everywhere.”

“The process was as straightforward as you can get. Just make sure when coming past the petrol station you get in the correct lane. Other than that drive to barrier, take your ticket, park up then return from holiday and insert ticket at exit barrier. The car parks are surprisingly very busy so make a note of your letter, we were car park G. Footpaths to the terminal are simple. A bus will collect you if unable to walk far or kids are playing up. Great service. On exit be aware directly below the foot for your ticket on exit there is a gap that tired travellers could mistake for the slot.”

“We found it so easy to park at the airport in short stay 1 carpark which was a few minutes walk from the terminal. The process from dropping off our bags to clearing security was all very straight forward. The security checks were excellent but also without much delay. The terminal is well equipped with seating areas also many shops/eating places if required. The flight departure boards were well positioned to see and updated all the time. Access to all gates was easy and they were comfortable. Boarding was well organised and quite quick. On arrival back to the UK it was straight forward with little delay to get through Border Control despite the number of passengers. Always enjoy flying from Newcastle and have chosen it again for our next break.”
