“We always use Premium Meet and Greet for our parking. It's so good to be able to just drop the keys and leave the car to be parked. Very close to the terminal too.”

“Would have been four stars but for the following reason. Paid for parking in advance. Nevertheless I had to go around twice before I found a space. How difficult would it be to reserve spaces if you pay upfront”

“Nice simple easy system to use, all zones are clearly marked and depending on my circumstances I often use the area straight outside the airport if I'm going to be pressed for time, the long stay is the cheapest and not too much inconvenience”

“Plenty of spaces if you look for them as everyone wants to be near the terminal. Spaces quite tight for getting cases out of vehicle. Spaces quite short for long wheelbase vehicles unless you are lucky enough to be able to reverse into a grassy area. Not very well lit as we saw a car reverse into a one behind her that she didn't see at 4am.”

“Buzzer not working in shelter and £100+ for a weeks parking. Newcastle airport having peoples pants down like every other organization in the country. Just had to pay £50 for 1 days parking there for a trip to Belfast. Unfortunately there is no alternative”

“Upon leaving the car park we were told that we needed to pay £65 to leave the car park even though we had at least 20 minutes left on the booking After speaking to the emergency they did let us out without needing to pay”

“Booked Short Stay 2 , 2 days before travel. Barrier opened immediately on arrival and departure. No problem finding a space but the transit path to terminal not plainly obvious from entrance or some parking spots. Trolleys available but scattered about . Being elderly I found the push to the terminal a little strenuous with a couple of kerbs to encounter with 4 pieces of luggage. Row markers would have been helpful mainly on return as took a little time to find car.. Not good if inclement weather. Exit direction signs could be better. Overall a good experience but room for improvement.”

“Tried to use employee discount, rang the number on the staff benefits page but there was no answer. I was later told that you can only book during office hours, this is not stated on the staff benefits page unfortunatel. The actual spot I got in the car park was extremely far away from the terminal and there was not a continuous pavement either so had to walk on the road on the way to the terminal. For the price with 2 young children and lots of bags I feel like it is very poor.”
