“Always use Newcastle Airport for our holiday travel. The premier meet and greet parking arrangement is excellent. The Airport is always clean and departure details are well displayed. Everything about the Airport makes travelling a stress free experience.”

“I travel at least 10 return flights a month often more than 20,000 miles a month. Newcastle Airport is the best in the World. Improvements to the International arrivals exit doors and new security are world class. The parking options are great, of course too expensive, especially drop off charges outside the terminal. Should be free for 10 mins. There is the free drop off in Short Stay 2 for 20 mins to be fair, but that is too far from the terminal for elderly, families and generally for travellers with a lot of luggage (almost everyone). Come on Newcastle be the first to offer free drop off for 10 mins. The positive publicity would awesome.”

“Price to park is very expensive. I used a price comparison site and on this occasion got a discounted deal for booking direct with the airport, I only park here if on a short break and under £90, otherwise for us a taxi is cheaper. Car parks are in a good state. Buses run regularly and the drivers will wait if they see you've just parked up.”

“Very clean and easy to find parking was just fine also, being disabled the parking bays were very close to the airport which was super. My only complaint would be I have new scraps on my car which were not there prior to my trip, but it's a car park and sadly these things happen.”

“Parking service was first rate - pleasant, helpful staff with quick service. Nice airport but really bad shortage of seating! Getting charged £5 for dropping off or picking up is unfair to, the airport makes enough out of customers as it is once they are in airport!”

“We booked for short stay 2 as there was no availability for short stay 1. When we arrived we had to drive round several times and didn’t think we would get parked. Short stay 1 had loads of space but luckily someone was leaving so we managed to get a pre booked and paid for space after 40 minutes which stressed us out. There are very little accessible disabled spaces which I think could be hugely beneficial and something the company should provide and not just take peoples money.”
