“We have used this service a number of times now. It is simple to use and the personnel are extremely helpful and friendly. The car mileage shows minimal movement and we feel confident that the car is always going to be waiting for us on our return. In short a brilliant service. We wouldn't use any other.”

“Parking is within easy walking distance to the airport which is great but there is a shuttle bus if needed. I would like more signage on rows of cars to help find my car at the end of the holiday. Make sure you make a note of where you park before flying.”

“Had issues this time in leaving the car park. I was asked for £370 for the period 4/10 to 13/10 when I had booked my car park space back in May. Normally I don't have any issues & often use Newcastle aiport car parking direct but for some reason I did this time.”

“Hi. After returning from vacation, we completely forgot where we'd parked our car. After a long search, we decided to ask the security guard for help. He was very helpful, checking when and where we parked, and explaining everything thoroughly... a heartbreaking experience. We wanted to thank this gentleman very much. It was October 14th, 4,5 am. Long Stay Car Park”

“First time using the service and overall no issues. Good communication with booking and emails. Check in was swift and reassuring and it was great keys were not taken abroad. Pick up was good, with no wait times and easy navigation to the car. Only a few miuntes walk to teh terminal, some of whih is under cover. Minor issue was the parking spaces were very tight and not easy to navigate out of. To clarify - you did not park the car yourself. Proce was a little steep especially in October, but I think all airport car parking is expensive.”
