Access and convenience to the airport are really good and are recommended. Charges are somewhat high for the facility but a discount was offered for the stay. The thing I was surprised with was that a 10% discount was offered to begin with and later a 15% discount but the final charge was exactly the same! That requires some explanation.

The premium meeting greet department services excellent in Newcastle Airport, it is conveniently located as you drive into the airport allow you to leave your car check straight in and into the terminal within five minutes. The agents are super helpful and I didn’t notice his self check in machine machines which I have not used yet.

We used Meet snd Greet and it was completely straightforward from start to finish. Thr virtually undercover walkway leading to and from the airport's main doors gave us cover from the elements. The staff were friendly anf helpful. As someone who has a fear of flying, this experience set me onto the right foot.

Always a great service, though my rear windows were partly down on collection, thankfully it wasn’t raining but I think some ev training wouldn’t go amiss for your drivers

Used the premium meet and greet - as we have done several times previously - only this time to find they've 'upgraded' the system and you now use self-service points to drop off your keys - which part of meet and greet suggests self-service? Now expected to pay a premium for do it yourself.

Premium fast-track parking was easy to use, booked it mainly for the wider parking bay. A bit pricey, not as expensive as someone putting a dent in the door or scraping the bumper, both have happened before in smaller parking bays. I’d use it again.

Paid huge sum to park in closest car park. When arrived no disabled parking left and you can't book it. I had to walk way too far almost to back of garage to get to my car in short stay car park 1. In airport there are no self check in machines available for BA to print own boarding cards off for internal flight with no baggage and queues were huge. Security was efficient and did open a short cut for me. But when got to scanner got asked if need my walking stick to walk which to be fair they ask at all airports but I find very offensive as I wouldn't have one if I could walk with out it. Then went into duty free and went to toilet. The door to the toilet when leaving was stuck. So I pulled the alarm cable in the disabled toilet which rang for about 20 minutes without anyone noticing. When the lady did let me out she said they were not sure what it was and that the lock was faulty. Transport to the plane was good and flight was really good and all staff on the flight were lovely. So overall not a great experience.

All the car parks are well signed and easy to get to. We often park our car while we are away on holiday but finding the cost is going up a bit too much and having to think about using the car parks in the future. I always wait to book until I have a money off code but using this is still expensive.

Park here a couple of times a year it's getting a bit costly probably cheaper to use taxis
