“I always use long stay car park and do not have a problem. However when we arrived home from a Carribean cruise, we picked up the car, drove to the barrier, it kept our ticket and said I owed Over £400 in parking fees, as you can imagine after a very long night flight we were shattered and this was not what we wanted at 9.00am.I had to get out car go to the car parking office and provide proof of my confimation of my payment. I hope this never happens again how can this happen?”

“Always get excellent service. Pleasant, friendly staff no matter what time of day or early hours. Car well looked after and, unlike some other airports, no added miles. Would recommend to anyone.”

“Easy to use, reasonably priced. The footpaths need a lot of attention. In many cases they are very cambered and narrow, difficult to manoeuvre luggage trolleys. Also each car park would benefit from clearer signage of rows to easier find your car on return”
