“Airport is good and always getting quicker for check in & security etc. BUT, to have to pay £12 to drop someone off it utterly ridiculous.”

“Easy direction. Transfer bus runs regularly. Clean Airport, Bonus* Helpful and friendly staff. Myself and partner had just arrived at the bus stop when a maintenance driver stopped and said he would phone to let the driver know we were waiting. That's great service as he went out of his way.”

“Spaces are far too small most cars are over 30k and would not recommend your car park unless you want your doors dinted it's a case of cram them in and make more money the same as your pick up and drop off total ripoff”

“I thought the signage on exactly where you could park was poor. Long stay was signed but once in that area it was not clear if all or any were long stay car parks. Also taking a ticket after pre paying caused anxiety in whether we had done the right thing. If it's all based on identification of registrations why does a pre paid stay require the taking of a ticket .”

“Extremely busy airport for our departure at 6.30 am but no significant delays at Security screening which was great. Our return flight was over 2 hours late and past midnight so I was expecting to have to pay for another days parking but no, there’s a few hours grace period allowed so no additional charge. That cheered me up after a five hour wait at our departure airport.”
