“Long stay is very handy, but I only use if there is discounts. When it's full price it's cheeper to get a hotel. Finding your car at night is a nightmare ! So better signage would help. Also consider customers wheeling trollers or suitcases. Curbs and poor services !”

“Long stay carpark busy but still able to find a parking place easily. Pick up bus ideal to transport us to the main airport building. No problems on return and exit to the carpark. We always use this system and find it very easy and convenient. Thank you for being there.”

“RIP OFF- Having booked Friday 17th October for 7 days parking Short Stay 1 for £79.99 a bargain being approximately £30 cheaper than my usual parking at meet and greet. On return I found the actual booking had been made for only 1 night ( Computer glitch?) to add insult to injury I had to pay a further £250 on top of the original £79.99 at 2.00am making £329.99 in total to be able to get out of the carpark. BE AWARE”

“Easy to park. Pre booking saves on car parking fees. Coach transfer efficient and friendly driver. Slightly disappointed with the business class lounge facility, looks like Emirates have some priority with own area. Cooked breakfast was overcooked and cold .... When returning to airport, collected car .... when pre paid, you must go to kiosk to get out of the car park.”
