“Fantastic service from the team at Newcastle parking. Spacious and easy to find a space near the terminal. I foolishly left a window slightly open which I only discovered once at my destination through an app on my Car. The team reacted very quickly to my request to go to my Car and take a photo and send to me. The photo reassured me that it was not a major issue. I really appreciated their action and assistance.”

“Always book regular they normally send me a discount after returning and a rebook in advance especially with cost everywhere increasing, I had to change vehicle details day before travel rang customer service no problem sorted 👍✔️👏👌”

“A mix of good and bad. Positives: Convenient parking (although pedestrian route signage could be better), quick check in and security. Negatives: The food from the Quaystone 'restaurant' was really poor and overpriced - the 'giant stottie' was a standard breadbun, little bigger than a fried egg.”
