“Last few times I've gone on holiday the car park buses are never running. As a disabled person this is a necessity, it caused a stressful struggle at the start and end of the trip to get luggage to and from terminal building. This is something that is advertised when we book, and we pay for as part of the (expensive) parking fee. Saw the bus parked up in the same place it was when we left 10 days later. Poor service. Go from Leeds/Bradford if you can, their buses are always running.”
