“When you know you’ve been ripped off! Whether you are stopping for a few minutes or parking for a week, the cost of parking is astronomically high. If you live in the suburbs and are fortunate enough to use the Metro system that would be great. But, if you have to travel 40 miles by car to the airport and then pay a premium to park, it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. It would be nice to think you were not being fleeced.”

“The young coach driver was very helpful it was dark and he took everyones bus stop number where they wanted dropped off one suggestion could do with bus stop numbers lit up in dark as not every coach driver is as helpful as the guy we were fortunate to have”

“I travelled out of newcastle airport for a short trip. It ended up being an absolute disaster where i was subject to quite a traumatic event and needed up in hospital. The team at the airport where fantastic I was unable to collect my car for over a week and the team here were so supportive. I can’t thank Mari-Anne and Graham enough. They totally took the stress away from having my car stuck there. I would highly recommend using the parking at the airport. It is so rare these days to come across companies which actually have empathy towards customers. Thank you! Honestly can’t thank you enough.”

“We regularly use the meet and greet service and always have a very good experience. So easy to drive up, drop the keys off and car is waiting for you when you return. Only pain point is the price of parking. This is a premium service but generally, parking at Newcastle is expensive compared with previous years.”
