“Very very busy, difficult to find a space. Large vehicles not parked correctly, so access in and out of car is made hard. Abandonded trollies all over parking area, these should be collected when not taken back by customers. All a bit lacking considering how much is charged. Could do better”

“A fantastic service. We booked in advance and also took advantage of the reduced Fast Track Security check cost, well worth it as it resulted in a time of just 18 minutes from dropping our car key at reception, the short walk to the terminal (which was quite busy when we entered), our bag drop at Jet2, through fast track security and into duty free. Totally hassle free and well worth factoring the overall cost into your holiday budget in my opinion! The only thing I would wish for was slightly better signage as you enter the airport, our check in time was 4am, it was obviously dark and raining and we did struggle at first to navigate our way there. A minor niggle for what was a 5 Star service.”

“Arriving in the dark about 4am I managed to take a wrong turn and landedup in the Short Stay. It took me some time to rectify this until I eventually found my way on foot to your drop off point. Here I was given instructions on how to extracate myself with charge from where my car was parked. I appreciate that the error was mine in the first place - but if driving alone in the dark it is not easy to follow the istructions given on the reservation confirmation. Once I was in the right place I have no complaints whatsoever about the service”

“Once the reservation is made online, the entry and exit process is seamless. The surface is well marked and clean. When using the drop-off facility the process is equally as good.”
