“The short stay car park is very handy and helps make Newcastle Airport our most favourite departure airport from UK. The only criticism would be that the spaces are on the small side so you need to empty car of passengers before driving into your spot.”

“Bus service was poor never even seen the service, and when leaving barriers didn't work I had to get out from my car and go look for someone at 4am in the morning I was not impressed at all.”

“Parking service is OK but expensive. Shuttle service is excellent. However I have hidden disabilities and require assistance and have submitted an official complaint via Hays Travel for the unsafe use of the ambulift and await a response.”
