“I’ve never had an issue with Newcastle Airport on my many travels. Security usually moves quickly and delays are minimal. Food outlets are awful quality and crazy price but that’s just expected at an airport. If only you could get a Premier Inn breakfast instead of £15 for a plate of rubbish.”

“Very friendly staff even help me and my wife to the bag drop inside the airport due my wife being in a wheelchair will be using this car park again as it is opposite the terminal.”

“Always impressed with the service. This time I had to amend the booking, the staff responded to the email quickly and I was able to proceed with the changes. Understandable, a small charge was made. Nothing is ever a problem and staff are extremely pleasant.”
