“Arrived on Friday March - only one other customer ahead of me so was parked and keys handed over within a couple of minutes. On my return keys were ready and I was directed to my parked car so again on my way in minutes. All very easy and good service. Not sure if there’d be a longer wait in peak months to hand over keys.”

“Great car park, close to airport but the best bit is there are staff available on the telephone to help with any issues regarding the booking. Don't ever go fully automated...keep the telephone option! The staff are always very helpful. Well done Newcastle 👏”

“Dear Team, I am a frequent customer and have to say, the general service is outstanding, and the team is very friendly, helpful and always reachable. The only con I would like to mention is that some other customers are parking purposely it seems, over two parking bays and therefore blocking space for other customers. I've spotted 5 such cases last month. It would be good if this could be monitored a bit by the company. Trolly stands would be a All else is very good!”

“The car parks at Newcastle Airport has been resurfaced in recent years and the new tarmac road surface is far better for the trolley cases. My biggest criticism would have to be that the bays are too narrow . Since the price to park has almost doubled they could have made the bays wider.”
