“Excellent service very easy to use, swiftly moving from park up to terminal normally around 4 to 5 minutes of arriving at the car park, very easy pick of car on return around 2 minutes, will definitely use again and have used previously on a number of occasions.”

“I normally use short stay 1 at Newcastle airport as it is convenient and very secure just a few metres walk from the terminal building. I’ve also used the long stay car park and found that to be very good aswell with a short shuttle bus ride to the terminal building I particularly like the fact you just drive up to the car park take your ticket and that’s it then on departure you just pop your ticket into the barrier machine and your on your way hassle free experience from start to finish with no need to worry about your vehicle while your away”

“Not enough spaces to park. We spent 3/4 of an hour going round and round. There were spaces in the closed sections. My partner is disabled and we found it hard to find a space. Why is it that these areas that have disabled are closed?”
