“Good spacious car park. Always book long stay, always struggle to find a space no matter what time/month I go. Only reason I havnt gave 5 star”

“Good service but a map to show where shuttle bus stops at Airport to pick you would have been good. It was cold and windy when we got off, didn’t know where shuttle bus stops, no time table was sent and we started walking with luggage & kids. A generic map and time table of shuttle bus must be sent to email so we know where to go. Thank you”

“Four generations travelling together. Parking very close together Hilton where we stayed overnight prior to our flight. Was of benefit on return to be close to terminal especially with to 70’+ and four year old boys n group. Will definitely use again and recommend to family & friends.”

“Short stay car park was very convenient. Second time in a row that I have used Newcastle Airport Car Park and it has not recognised my number plate on exit. Small thing but annoying to have to speak to someone at 02:30 in the morning.”

“Ridiculously expensive now to park at this airport which has no opposition so they are being very greedy. Pre COVID l could park here for half the price they charge now. What a rip off, get a taxi it will be cheaper.”
