Parking terrible Took over 20 minutes to find a parking space on arrival. When leaving at 1:30 am (3 flights landing at the same time), car park barriers were not working so had to be manually operated by an attendant - another waiting time of 30 minutes and a huge queue - unnacceptable!

Newcastle Airport the Airport of choice for all aspects of travelling. Meet and greet parking first class ☆☆☆☆☆ check in and departure lounge slick and comfortable. Facilities good it a little over priced.

We used mid stay for a week - walk to terminal about 10 mins - depending on where you are in the car park Easy to use and to get to Very expensive over £100 for a week !!!

Could not exit the car park with the ticket that was issued on entrance. Had to speak to person who was on call, confirmed my details and then remotely lifted the barrier allowing my exit

Easy to book car parking. Had a slight problem when leaving the ticket machine was asking for payment, used the call button to tell them and they lifted the barrier with no issues.

Got in through the barrier no problem to find a lot of the car parks closed. We ended up in A it felt like miles away lugging suitcases.

Great experience until we flew back and tried to exit the car park. Although we had bought a pre paid ticket the barrier didn’t lift and the machine told us we owed £290. It was resolved when we pressed the intercom and spoke to someone but at 2.30am it is not a welcome problem to have to sort out.

Great service as normal.I’m A regular user and will have used the meet and greet 5 times this year alone by the end of November. Very close to terminal and they regularly email discount codes for bookings. No problems if you have to change or cancel a booking either online or via telephone, They regularly email discount codes and I’d advise to book as far in advance for best prices.

In the past we have had no problems on leaving the airport after prebooking. However, twice this year we have had problems as our prebooking was not recognised which is annoying as we were returning from Vancouver and the second time when returning home after our flight was delayed and when trying leaving the airport at 5.30 am the member of staff took ages in replying when my husband was calling for help. Also the car parking fees are rising it is now alot cheaper to travel by taxi which we will be looking at in the near future.

Usually great BUT this time our ticket didn’t allow us to leave automatically. Booked directly with Newcastle airport parking so disappointing that we had to sit there while they found the pre paid booking before they raised the barrier to let us out. No sign of a bus anywhere near when we arrived or returned so had to walk the full distance both ways. Again, disappointing.

Hi Great service only one minor issue . The Signage there were no signs saying car park closed . we headed to the car park with the most spaces parked and walked we passesd the hut were the car park attendant sat he informed us that the car park area that we had used was closed and would not be serviced by a bus . If there are no signs saying closed how are we to know .
