“Was a pretty good service , the barrier would not work on leaving tried numerous times and couldn’t hear the instructions from the help button but went into the ports cabin and got sorted straight away”

“Would’ve given full stars but on arriving back the security barrier wouldn’t lift. It was asking us for £175 when I’d paid £110. The man in the office sorted it when I showed him my order on my phone. It was Friday 4th October - Friday 11 but at your end it had until Saturday 12. Though how one more day would’ve cost £65 I don’t know. First time we’ve had anything like this but at least it was sorted .”

“This is a premium price but you do get a premium experince. No hassle when arriving, from parking, to dropping keys off in less than 5 minutes i was in the terminal. On return same expereince and quickly had car and was sexiting.”

“We always use the long stay car park, there’s plenty of secure parking available, and it’s just a short walk to the terminal or can use the frequent bus service.”

“We parked a short work from the terminal in the long stay carpark. The car was totally fine when we collected it. Would definitely use the facility again rather than a taxi.”

“While the airport has had some investment over the past year renovating the bars and cafes this was well overdue and the prices have increased to cover the works. The parking charges are extortionate compared with other airports and i find myself in a position where i spend as little as possible at Newcastle airport due to the fact i do not think we get value for money.”
