“Very easy to book, easy to find when driving there and plenty of parking and not that far from the terminal and when our ticket wouldn't work on way out the man was very friendly and funny. Will definitely be using parking again there”

“I'm very happy to use the Newcastle airports official carpark mainly due to its convenience. I only have one gripe and I do think over the years the cost has become a little to steep even with the discount codes, if you can get them to work. As a business you know you have a captive audience and you know this is a big cost to your traveller. I believe you are exploiting this! Please bring your prices down, you will still get the custom, but custom from people who think they are getting a good deal from a company that cares and not form one perceived to be taking their eyes out.”

“No problem arriving and car park had several spaces. Unfortunately when we were leaving the car park the ticket asked us to pay £525 at the barrier! It took a long time for the help button to be answered and we couldn’t find any other way of contacting anyone. Eventually the person who answered managed to find our reservation but he said that our registration was not on the system. Made for a more stressful experience than we had expected.”

“Excellent service, very easy to book and simple instructions to find the parking. Only issue I’d paid before arrival and on exit barrier requested payment, however great customer service on the help line on the barrier rectified the issue quickly. Highly recommend.”

“Very easy to set up online in advance, for parking for our holiday. Some great tips on your website for how to use the service once we arrived. Easy to use on arrival and departure. We now use the parking service for all of our flights from Newcastle airport.”

“Easy to book for the required dates. A liitle bit overpriced and would have appreciated some sort of discount as a public service employee. Plenty of spaces to choose from but clearer signage and lighting would have been useful when picking up the car in the middle of the night.”
