Customer service non existant they lie to you, string you along.Just decided the £5000 we put aside for furniture from them are now going elsewhere.If the M.D reads this sack the lot of them they are nothing short of useless.Your company is going downhill rapidly. !!!

Do not buy from NEXT they take your money but never delivers any products. Further more they never get back on emails and you can’t reach them on telephone. Unacceptable!!

Didn't mean to press the star I'm a pensioner waiting for trousers and paid delivery sent e mails all they say is they will get back to me I can't afford to loose this money they are probably blaming the virus but other firms are delivering just disappointed thinking they were a decent firm.

Impossible to contact their customer services, took me 2 hours to try and book a delivery date, refused to call me to help me when I explained they have tech issues, so cancelled my order.

The other day i went to your shop to oder a nice refreshing beverage but the level of disrespect coming from person serving me was astronomical. After a long 15 minutes, with my children suffocating in the scorching car, I finally received the smoothie. To my shock, i found a HAIR in my beverage. This ruined my day so i demanded a refund. They refused! I then asked to see the manager but they said he was sick today because of covid! This is not ok as there should always be a manager. Yours sincerely, Karen Sommers xx

well where do i start..ordered two lamp's.They were'nt cheap..A text to say they were coming one day.Did'nt arrive..then a text to say the next day.Didnt arrive.Then a text to say be another 24 hrs due to a problem..so i went out..to get home to a parcel left with a neighbour..no message no anything..opened the box to find...2 damaged lamps..i stood and cried at the disapointment..plus the amount id saved for these..rang customer services and they didnt really care.said they will pick them up next day..they didnt..stayed in two days now..sat now writting this.appareny at 4.30pm yesterday they decided to cancel the collection..with out telling us..they said i couldnt get my £3 delivery cost back..now saying i can..i should be given more than a refund.i should be offered a voucher or co.pensation..these are the lamps The box was ripped and damaged.they look like 2nd hand damaged goods..from NEXT..And no feed back..no care..want my money back but cant till these lamps have been collected!! which they still have'nt..terrible customer service..damaged item should be dealt with better.yes covid 19 is slower delivery but not this slow..plus being set a day for collection of these damaged lamps..and cancelling..not good enough.

Ordered some items at the start of may they got split into two deliveries first lot come the next day left on my front door handle for everyone in my street to see next lot come apparently the following day.. not left anywhere safe or with a neighbour so i rang the office which was advised to email.. was told it was lost in transit so they will order me another load of stuff then a couple of days later said the items were out of stock so they would issue me a refund im still waiting for this refund ive emailed to chase it up over a week ago to be told they were sorry and would issue it again and still not money received. not impressed will not be using you again.

Completed the online collection form. didn't receive a email confirmation and no collection. Emailed customer services who told me I could have used the online collection!!. Goods eventually collected, took 10 days to confirm return and then sent a £2.01 gift card for a £16 item. Emailed them again and waiting for response.

No communication regarding my order. I was offered a discount if I took out the finance card, recieved the card before anything about my order. I was told my order was delayed in transit and then that the goods had gone missing. They hadn't even left the warehouse according to my account. I told them to cancel.it all as I had already waited over 2 weeks. This has affected my credit score now.

DIABOLICAL SERVICE. Ordered sofas in January, after 2 failed delivery's and no attempt to notify me on any occasion, they now tell me that sofas are not even made yet. Nearly SIX months from ordering and paying a deposit, and now to wait another 12 weeks for them to be made yet again. Get your act together. Vans are apparently loaded 2 days in advance of delivery, so PLENTY OF TIME to inform me not to expect delivery. NO REPLY TO MY EMAIL and NO RETURN PHONE CALL. ATROCIOUS - no star is the fitting review - but there is no option for that. I wish I had read the reviews first. I feel sorry for the call center staff as they can't have any job satisfaction dealing with VERY dissatisfied customers.

Letter box flowers : due to lockdown I was forced to use delivery for anniversary at memorial bench. Arrived on time (that’s the reason for 1 star). On arrival they looked absolutely dismal, followed advise in the hope they would ‘pep up’ one day later still looked dreadful, fortunately recipient is long dead so can’t complain. If you want flowers for a living relative I suggest you buy £5 bunch from local corner shop. Will never use this service again

Ordered Amelia wardrobe. Came damaged, rough unsanded wood on all sides and doors. Flimsy cheap hollow wood, and black hand marks all over it, and all for the lovely price of £399 + delivery. Clothes are cheaply made, e.g womens dresses have half moon material left on the back seem where the label is just flopping around. I have work trousers that start to bobble and go thin inbetween the legs after 3 washes im not big size 6. Kids clothes (multiple types) all have ended up getting baggy, colour fading and again getting bobbly after not much use. Shocking quality for the price, really should be up there with primark in my opinion. Just unacceptable.

Next next next oh dear what can I say, in a country that is almost going into lockdown next decide you bring there sale forward so they don’t miss out on sales, putting there employees and customers at serious risk of infection, with no social distancing this is thoughtless greedy and very stupid. Next then decide to shut shops and warehouses after taking thousands of orders from customers, they’ve announced they’ll cancel all orders, customers pleaded with next saying they’ll wait as long as it takes for there orders, You’d think this would help the company, But no next cancelled orders now customers are having trouble getting refunds, done have only been refunded half, some who paid cash were refunded credit on there accounts without being asked, some haven’t been refunded at all it’s been over 2 weeks. Next seriously need to stop being so stupid and get things sorted, there are people reading messages and emails as they are working from home, they are totally ignoring people. I hope when this is all over we remember the retailers that were helpful and kind and continue to shop with those retailers only

Oh dear what has happened to Next. Have been a loyal customer for years but never again. I ordered a media unit and sideboard. Van turned up and said they could not park so could not deliver. Yes I live in a flat on a main road but John Lewis, DFS, M&S, Fishpools and many others manage to park - otherwise how are we going to get furniture. Cancelled the order and will shop elsewhere from now but expect will now have to fight to get money back......
