"Absolutely appalling service ! I\u2019ve placed an order 12 days ago and was counting on it as it had items I was going to use at an important event . Just got an email saying \u201cwe\u2019ve received your returns\u201d \u2026 what returns ?! I haven\u2019t even received anything, nevermind returning!\r\nCustomer service just gave me a lame excuse \u201csorry , but we had an issue with our curriers, you\u2019ll get a full refund \u201c\r\nI wanted my items not a refund.. all items I wanted are sold out too . Now I have to go panick buy something before the event . What\u2019s the point of online shopping services if they can\u2019t even honour their orders ?!"

"Horrible custom service. You receive automated email responses that appear to be customer service but don't contain the subject matter in the text, eg, copy pasted for any inquiry. Just word salad with \"I'm sorry you feel bad\" mixed in it. Due to this, I refused to accept the packages and required them to be returned. It's been over a month and I haven't received all of my money back. Lesson learned."

"I had a special event to go to in Cardiff\r\nThe waistcoat I ordered was too small so I ordered a larger size \r\nI was at work when it came but my husband stayed home\r\nWhen I got home the \u2018black waistcoat\u2019 was in fact a red dress \ud83d\ude21 it was too late to order it again and the item was no longer in stock ( it was when I ordered it) I rang to complain on Saturday and I\u2019ve still not had a response from Next. I\u2019m so angry and disappointed with Next. Also I could not wear the outfit I\u2019d planned without the waistcoat"
