Ordered an item and received message that driver tried to reach me even i didnt receive any call, and when i call the driver he switched off the phone ,when i called the customer service they said you can cancel your order if you didnt receive it .best customer service i ever had . You should follow up with your crew and give them the right training on how to handle customer issues Thank you.

Asides from being charged twice after cancelling an item which they said was not available in their app I got the terrible customer service experience.. Don't use NOON grocery unless you are willing to have a stressful day!

I want to brought to your kind attention that Noon Company ( Grocery/ Food delivery) has taken amount of money from my account and claiming for negative balance which I already paid cash on the day I ordered the food.So whenever im ordering from them, they are cancelling the order after it goes to my apple pay account.

149466033 This is my case ID and I would like to suggest everyone reading this to not buy anything from noon ever as if there is some problem in the product they provide they will not give refund and will keep the money and say do whatsoever you want to do this is the worst experience of my life I have ever had a huge amount is stuck with noon and they are not refunding it and giving non valuable excuses.

Noon Grocery delivery was good, but when you ordered from their Noon products, it’s a terrible experienced for the 3rd time aside from the delays the courier person also a 🤥 professional liar, they will messaged you their on their way after 5 seconds though they DID NOT CALL they will send follow up message that they tried to call you and twisting the story that you did not respond, WOOOOOW! DON’T trust the delivery date, always delayed. NEVER EVER AGAIN GONNA USE THEIR NOON PRODUCTS. Grocery yes but the other product it’s a HEADACHE! Stay away from hypertension!

I'm extremely disappointed. Last time the delivery guy was about to deliver my order to a wrong address although my address has been updated in the app. I connected with the CS team and waited for 3 weeks for my order to be delivered in vain! And now for a 2nd time the delivery guy calls me while he's at another address! Won't deal with Noon anymore.

With great regret I would like to tell you that your service is the worst of its kind, and could not receive the product as per schedule. My product was scheduled to be delivered on 29th March2022 but till date I did not receive the consignment. Every time i call upon the customer service they apologise and reschedule the delivery and when the delivery day come their agent call and tell they again reschedule the delivery day,hence got frustrated and iam forced to cancel my order. Purchase from NOON IS NIGHTMARE............

An absolute nightmare their delivery schedule, the worst that I’ve dealt with. I ordered on December iPhone 13 pro & they delayed the order for more than 2 weeks. And here again i made the same mistake ordering. Is a complete waste of time As all they do is we will raise your concerns & we will get back to in 72 hrs & again & again & again. ( disaster ) Also action need to be taken against their driver ( Vinod ) with phone number +971-566839566 As I called him & confirm the location & timing of the delivery but he never delivered Waste of time ... nightmare

They sell fake products. I purchased Tom Mitchel shampoo and conditioner but they sent the items that look almost the same but Tom Mitchel mark is absent, another cheap brand . Never purchse from noon

1494660333 this is my case I would request everybody to never buy anything from noon specially the seller Atech Global as they are cheating by listing used products and taking the money from us for new products which is injustice, I would suggest even though you may have to pay a bit more go and buy from shops face to face. I have been cheated and my 700AED is stuck now in the air without any clue for it, when you call customer service guys they are behaving rudely with us I wish I was there face to face I would have noted down the name of the person and then in his life ever he wouldn’t have behaved like that with anybody else.

If there was an option for zero star, I would have given Noon zero star. I called the customer service 3 times because my order has not been delivered. They kept giving flimsy excuses and lies. I have cancelled the order and I need my refund at the earliest. I will never use this app again

This is my case number 149466033 these noon people have been delaying my refund on purpose since more than a week now the seller Atech Global in noon is selling fake products and demanding the price of a new product from customers then when we return the product to them they cannot accept as we have opened the box 😆 they think customers are fools here I would suggest everybody to please focus on this seller in noon who is selling fake products and please don’t buy anything from them they are cheating us..

FOOD NOON DELIVERY WAS WORST, CANCELLING YOUR ODER WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION - NO PROPER COORDINATION WITH THE TEAM (NOON APP CHAT CUSTOMER SERVICE - FOOD DELIVERY DRIVER - PARTNERED RESTAURANT) My family and I ordered Mc Donalds which is way near to Creek Park Gate no. 1 (Order no. 0313 -27-March-2022), Mc donalds is just near everywhere!!! we ordered at 9:24 am, restaurant confirmed tracking was working and the tentative date was 10:10 am - 10:20 am food will be delivered for the family of 4. We haven't entered the park yet because we said to ourselves to just wait for the Food before entering, we waited until 10:48 am ( almost 2 hours) until the time went back to 11:30 am and then we found out that the delivery was canceled, i kept calling the Noon delivery guy named Mohamed but NO RESPONSE without even telling us atleast earlier time so we can have a chance to choose another delivery options. It's not about the money whether to refund or not.. IT IS ABOUT THE TIME & EFFORT that we waited under the sun and we were really hungry. We were all upset and leaving us a bad mood because of this incident!!! instead of having a happy bonding early morning of Saturday because of the food cancellation that they should have said earlier. This is so upsetting! please improve your team coordination between food noon delivery, food noon chat & partnered restaurant!!!!! An apology for this incident is not enough, even they are not willing to do some compensation!! I don't recommend noon app now, better use other delivery app if you want a better service!!!

Everyone pls be aware of you buy anything from noon check whether it’s used product or not as they won’t accept the return which has happened with me worst experience in my life with noon. RNAEE300731336 you didn’t accept my return in spite of the product being a used one only 9 months warranty left for it how is it possible if it was a new product.You have to refund my money back.

I had informed the noon customer support executive to inform the seller to expedite the delivery at the earliest as it’s urgent for me they told they will not be able to to that which is false as when I was seller their team used to call us and force us to expedite the delivery at the earliest which is totally unfair we cannot depend on noon for timely delivery of products ever. Very poor service.

Terrible service as my comment is still being deleted by Noon instead of being contacted by them. Terrible app, they make you order and pay for the products which are not delivered to you !!! They take the money for themselves and keep the customers whitout the product and the customer service doesn't even care as they keep declining on taking care of my case. I will never order from here and suggest no one does because this is just disrespectful.
