“I had a conversation over phone with one of noon support agents - called Aisha today morning - around 11:00 am. I was extremely disappointed with the way she conducted the call: 1. She doesn’t speak English well - I was not able to understand her 2. when asked to transfer to another person who can assist me she rudely said - “Nobody can assist you”- REALLY, Noon? 3. Asked to speak to her supervisor - she refused What kind of trainings do you provide for you team, if at all? I am not able to resolve the issue with my delayed order. In addition the Delivery Driver keeps on updating order status as not able to reach the client - when in reality he never even called me .”

“You guys are pathetic!!!! - is the word. You dont even recheck items before delivery. Knowing its a fragile piece it was only plastic wrapped.Your logistics pretty awful and same goes with you. Your service delivery has fallen helter skelter. This was meant to be a gift!!! you owe me a compensation in every form”

“Worst company to have ever existed . Noon uae is my biggest regret in life !!!!! No wonder why they have horrible reviews. , the worst EVER. Let's put aside the food that arrived melted and damaged and pet items broken (literally) ,they keep commenting back to customers to have them call back and so they can help them but this is a JOKE. Been weeks and i can't speak to a supervisor as my issue has NOT been resolved. I returned an order and their " quality check " department has a problem with counting returns really. They are saying we didn't return the entire order which we did ! And they took our money and didn't refund us for that reason !!!! It happened many many times ! Will never ever order again and will have my account shut and my family and all our friends cut ties with noon. Congratulations on Losing us as customers. Hope my money that you took and did not refund was worth it.”

“I had a very bad experience in ordering grocery, it ask the schedule and I asked for 4pm to 9pm delivery, but till 9pm I waited and the customer service is till 9pm, no one can accommodate and by 10pm the courier called and he is very very rude! I am very appreciative for all the delivery guys because of too hard of their works but this courier of noon grocery was so rude! his mobile no. is +971507752978. He is the one who advjse me to complain and he will not deliver as he said! If the company can call me regarding this, please do! 054 303 1351”

“It is the worst customer service and management Agents and manager can resolve the query. I need my products it was one day delivery and it's been three days that are t nit received. “My ordered item was not delivered to me for 2 days, each time I must call the customer care to enquire about the delivery and their answer is " OUR DELIVERY ASSOCIATE IS ON THE WAY WITH YOUR DELIVERY” If anyone can walk to Jebal ali from Al qusais to take the product from their warehouse, it will not take more than a day. And I still do not understand the paradox that the delivery guy needs 2 days to deliver the product even though it has been dispatched from their warehouse... if we call to customer care, they will never transfer the call to their supervisor, only thing that they are perfect at saying it is the noon company policy. And the delivery time is from 10AM-10PM and t So, in short "customers has to wait for the mercy of the delivery associate to get the product which was already paid" This will be the last time I will order with this DUMP NOON Company. And I would like to thank NOON for helping and pushing me to find a different E-Commerce plat form by providing me with the Worlds disaster customer service that I had experienced in my whole life. Last but not the least Giving you 1 star is because we don't have an option to select ZERO.”

“The worst management and customer service and the most horrible application to use in UAE! First I buy a washing machine with free installation and then they said it has no free installation! Second they say when I’m buying on their application pay with installments for 6 months then they charge me the full amount. After they delivered it, I called 5 times for them to install and till now, one week already and no one came. It is the worst application, worst team and worst management and owner!! DO NOT USE THIS HORRIBLE APPLICATION EVER!! Warning!!”

“14May22 (Updating my issue after repeated efforts to get a resolution) I am stuck with this product a Mobile phone.. Its a faulty product repaired 4 times but still has the same problem. SAME PROBLEM AGAIN AFTER 4 REPAIRS and Noon still supports the seller without giving a heed to the customer. Its a high end product and I have spent considerable amount to buy this. But Noon has no consideration for my issue and their unprofessional staff (warranty department Ms. Fatima) speaks with so much attitude and arrogance. “Never buying from Noon In the UAE again. They picked up an item we wanted to return which cost 200 AED and then could not locate the item for more than 2 months. I called them and emailed them numerous times and the responses were always vague. Today they eventually called me to say there is nothing they can do and they won't provide the refund as I don't have a receipt for the return! I told them the driver never gave me one so why is that my fault and they said there is nothing that can be done ! Terrible customer service! I'll speaking to a lawyer.”
