I ordered the iphone in noon application. Got very bad experience. I paid the money also. I updated my current address in noon app and after that I order the item. But it was not delivered to me and also simply they cancelled my order without any prior notification. This is how you service to people????? Worst service... Guys don't order any items in noon that is 15 mins delivery... It's all fake.. please don't believe and be careful..

This was the first time I have ordered something from noon. It was November 11th promotion and It was mentioned buy one get one free. So, have added 2 of each items and then applied code but the price was same so I thought I have to add only one of each item and another one will come free. But guess what I have received what I have paid for. There was no free free… I have wasted my 30 minutes on phone call and they said we have raised the complaint and another department will contact you. AMAZOM is just so amazing and NOON is DISGUSTING AND HOPELESS. I NEVER HAD TO WATSE SO MUCH TIME WITH AMAZON.

NoonFood- thieves and Liars! On behalf of Shawn Now I understand why the rate is 1 read the reviews! I was craving for Cinnabon and placed an order at noonfood apparently i missed to change the address after completing the order. I contacted noonfood a representative Habeel to advise to cancel the order or refund the money back, guess what? They refused to cancel the order (i had to send it to someone i know that lives near the place) and had me placed another order. So I placed another order changing the location address. The rider called before leaving the store and asked me to send/pin the address to him. A few minutes passed the rider called saying he is in the old adress 🤦🏻‍♀️. Imagine my disappointment! Lets skip the argument part with the rider. So I contacted the noonfood. After exchanging arguments over chat for couple of minutes. A representative Habeel again called a liar! She said that she explained in the first call that the pin of the location meeds to be change too. 🤷🏼‍♀️ pull out the record history of the first call hell she did not say a thing. They refused to refund the didst order so that we can placed another order, we spend nearly 200aed to be just disappointed. Habeel keeps on saying i need to listen. Well Habeel you just made the experience worse! No wonder the reviews are bad! Your service is poor! The app is Unorganized! The staff are far from friendly and helpful very Rude!

FRUSTRATING! BAD SERVICE! My partner have order with noon food two time with Cinnabon in less than 20 mins, first attempt the driver said it was address in downtown, and then called costumer service to cancel the order right away, unfortunately the staff said that the cannot cancel it because Cinnabon has already accept the order, so instead I asked them to deliver it to my friend since they cannot cancel the order or do the refund!, second attempt same issue, they said the pin location is showing Downtown when in-fact it is written Atlantis Accommodation and they're telling my partner again the they cannot deliver it and talking with the costumer service which was Habeel her name!, is giving an un acceptable excuse! It is so frustrating and irritating to treat this way! Very disappointing ordering and doing transaction with NOON FOOD! Costumer service wont help and give solution instead will just try to make excuse and will try to put all the blame to their costumers!

Very very bad service with noon. I have ordered some items and still waiting for more than 3 days. Call center can not help as well. Very frustrating. I still did not receive my items. Very bad service.

I have been calling the delivery guy, he didn't answer and then I see my order is cancelled without consent. It's disgusting 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

The worst shopping company I've dealt with. I made an order here in dubai and when the courier arrived, he yelled at me and took back the order from my hands by force and went away then cancelled the order, all of this just because I asked him to wait one min to bring the money, he yelled "I won't wait, I'm busy and bla bla.. regardless the many other orders that the couriers calling you to confirm the shippment and don't show up until the next day! I don't advise to deal with them at all!

Never use noon services. The customer support is dumb they don’t read the chats and send you standard answer. Trust me dealing with them will drain you. They will blame customers for their own fault.

There should be a zero star rating for the level of service that Noon food provides. The chat team is absolutely useless. Just using bot messages, their internal system is faulty and poor. Riders aren’t even notified of orders up until you approach the chat team yourself. Absolutely incompetent and pathetic service. Reluctant to take the blame for their mistake. Talabat, Zomato and Careem are miles ahead in service. Noon is poorly managed and executed.

I wish there was a negative star rating for noon food delivery. Have been waiting for 1.5 hrs. I start a chat and it’s like chatting with a robot. They end chats abruptly and just keep prompting that the issue has been escalated to the team. Had I not called the restaurant myself, wouldn’t have gotten my order. Zomato is far better, any other food delivery for that matter. Never ever ordering from Noon , never again!!!!! Pathetic.

I've paid for an extra fee to get the items delivered today but it didn't happen. I stayed up late and didn't get anything since the customer service can't do anything about it. I received a message that I'm unreachable where in fact I'm on my phone whole day and I tried reaching out to the delivery person but the his phone's off. It's not the first time. I've also had the same incident several months ago for so many instances. The "get it today" service won't happen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SERVICE – they won't comply or upheld what's promised. I don't want to be unreasonable but the customer service support can't do anything to help since they also have to follow processes. They'll send you same macros over and over again, which is understandable since the management is always the last say. Some piece of advice? If you can't comply to the delivery schedule, as a respect to your customers, try to just put a quota or not offer the service at all. It's misleading, deceiving, and inconvenient. It's already 12 midnight, and I'm just about to sleep because I've been waiting for the parcel as your support said it'll get delivered today.

They delivered only one part of my order. No refund for the remaining part. Getting only promises from them. I paid for the express delivery but it seems that doesn't make sense at all My order is NAEEA0062286235

Not reliable at all!!! If you wish to waste your money go ahead and order from Noon foods… they’ve deducted AED138 for non delivered order and worst their driver has pressed the cancellation button in front of me and he took the food right in front of me… really???? After placing the order my mobile battery went dead and my family waited for the order until 2;35 pm but we haven’t received the order despite that I’ve paid for the order in advance! Later on I came down the building and I found Noon driver Danyal Tariq down the building with the food almost cold when I asked why you haven’t delivered the food to my home he said that the order is now cancelled because he couldn’t reached me over the phone !!! their customer service called me after receiving the formal complaint by email and yet supported the driver attitude and has confirmed not refunding the paid amount without any respect. Lesson to be learned , Noon has lost its credibility.

I have paid an extra delivery charges for delivering an order for today to the office, so far delivery guy not delivered any ordered items, but customer care says you will receive it after working hours. The worst service in KSA is noon.com.

Terrible terrible experience I would never recommend to anyone to use the function of paying extra money for same day delivery you are wasting your time and money. I ordered my item at 10am and on the same day delivery option its said pay extra 18aed you will receiver your order in 4 hours my order never came.I cancelled the order and now I have to wait for my money for 7 days because you your incompetent people failed to deliver my order on time.Now you make it my problem
